For those that don’t know, Ohio residents have the option of choosing who supplies their electricity thanks to Ohio’s Energy Choice program. This consumer benefit creates a very competitive market in the state of Ohio, with numerous retail electric companies competing for business. TG has been helping Duke Energy Retail stand out in a very large crowd since 2012.

Duke Energy Retail, a subsidiary of Duke Energy Corporation and an affiliate of Duke Energy Ohio, sells electricity and natural gas to customers at competitive prices rather than the preset prices offered by local electric and gas distribution companies. We work with Duke Energy Retail on a number of initiatives to help Ohio residents take control of their energy bills through strategic brand development, extensive competitive research, and creative development of marketing collateral. Some of our other work with Duke Energy Retail includes a website and enrollment process redesign, paid search with text, display, and video ads, and the “Switch On Ohio” website.
